These Hansshow premium covers are manufactured in a precision CNC alloy mold using genuine pre-preg bi-directional weave carbon fiber, which is cured in an autoclave. The pre-impregnated carbon weave fabric includes the proper curing epoxy resin allowing for the laminate to be directly laid in the pressure and heat forming mold. This is the only process which creates precision fitting components.
